We had a tree come through our roof at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night. Michaelis had a team at our house by 11, and they worked until 1 a.m. to get a tarp on the roof and prevented further damage from storms. They then had a team on site by 8 a.m. Saturday morning to clean up damage, remove further debris, and secure the inside ceiling. Superior service and response from the Michaelis team.
