This company is absolutely amazing . We Were surprised by a basement flood on Sunday and within one hour James Porter had a crew out to our home to begin cleaning up. Each and every person that showed up was so kind so helpful and so professional. At the time of the flood we were not sure what kind of coverage we had for the incident as we weren’t sure what the cause was . We later found out that it was due to a failed sump pump. The coverage was $10,000 and there was far more damage in terms of cost them $10,000. James did everything he could to assist us and allow us to have a couple of our guys work with his crew to reduce some of the cost. The follow-up and the communication in addition to the consistent professionalism is something that most companies only dream of having. As a CEO of an organization, I am aware of the importance of leadership as I teach it on a regular basis. I was so impressed that I can honestly say I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with this company and meet the people associated with it.
